Make sure that the keychain image is filled in with a background colour! Otherwise, if you have a transparent background, the edges of the image will not look clean and you will be able to see smudge marks around the edges. My first order had a very bad printing result where all the colors where very light and not as the proof indicated so I complained and they re-printed. Customer service was very fast and responsive. The printing results are very nice now, thank you! The protective layering is a little hard to peel off. Great quality but for the price compared to the size I don't recommend it! I definitely recommend getting way bigger size than what your little special was but it's good quality craftsmanship
