There are three big advantages to using Sticker Mule's Ship:

  1. Cost savings - Compare Ship's rates with those of other UPS-authorized resellers and online shipping and e-commerce platforms. You'll find our prices to be comparable or cheaper than most of them.

  2. Streamlined user experience - At Sticker Mule, we're obsessed with building great, simple-to-use experiences. We've put the same passion into building a streamlined way to order UPS shipping labels.

  3. Organization - If you're a small business or e-commerce seller, you'll love being able to see all your shipments at a glance. You can quickly view a shipment status and store custom package dimensions for frequent use.

No. You'll only pay the considerable discounted rates for your UPS shipping labels. There are no added fees, membership dues, or hidden costs to use Ship.

There is no difference apart from the lower cost! Labels you print at Sticker Mule are exactly like the ones you'd print on UPS's site, a UPS Store, or a Customer Center. UPS accepts Ship labels at all their locations, and you can track your package with Ship or directly at UPS.

While we ask for a credit card upfront, you won't be charged until UPS scans and processes your Ship label.

If you change your mind about a label, you can always cancel your order and void the label. To do this, click the red Cancel & Void link at the bottom of your shipping label detail page.

You can take labeled packages to any of the following locations:

  • UPS Store
  • UPS Customer Center
  • An Authorized Shipping Outlet (which includes many shipping stores and office supply stores)
  • UPS Access Point (which includes many popular retail stores)

If your package is smaller, you can also visit a UPS Drop Box. These are self-service locations for pre-labeled packages. Your nearest drop-off location can be found on the Find a Location page on UPS.com. Just enter your address or ZIP code, and click Find.

On the My Shipments page in Ship, you'll find a list of all the packages you've sent. To check a package, click on its order ID, then click the tracking number at the top of the page. This will redirect you to Easypost.com, where you can view real-time status updates.

You can also enter your tracking number on UPS.com's Tracking page or search for the tracking number on Google.

A UPS tracking number typically consists of 18 characters. It starts with "IZ" followed by a 6-character shipper number, a 2-digit service level indicator, and a unique 8-digit package identifier. For example: 1Z12345E1512345678.
