Custom labels

While similar at first glance, custom stickers and custom labels are unique both in their material and in their uses.

Stickers are made of premium, thick vinyl and are most often used for promotion and handed out individually or included within packaging.

Labels are made with a thinner BOPP film and tend to be used in production (on packaging, bottles, etc) because they are faster to peel.

The choice between custom stickers or custom labels depends largely on how you intend to use them.

Our custom die cut labels can be cut to any shape. However, all of our custom labels can be classified as “die cut”. This means each label is cut individually, and there is a small gap between each label on the roll.

Meanwhile, the term “butt cut” refers to labels that are sliced, leaving no gap between each label.

Die cut labels are superior to butt cut labels in that they are easier to peel and can be cut to any shape.

Custom roll labels are labels made on a continuous liner and wound around a cardboard spool. They come in all shapes and sizes and can be printed in full color.

Roll labels are designed for peeling and placing with speed. As you can choose your label orientation, our custom roll labels are compatible with most label dispensers, as well as our own automatic label dispenser, for even faster application.
