spotty

I ordered the redraw because when I submitted my design they said I needed a higher definition picture. When the image was sent over for proofing it seemed ok. But when I downloaded it and enlarged it, the image was very spotty. And the name I had on the shirt was very choppy looking. I'm kinda bummed. My original design I am able to enlarge with no problem. But the one I paid for that was supposed to be hd and better quality is far from that. I'm just glad I only paid $9. I would not pay for the redraw again. I will just order products with my original design.
