Normally Not a 1*

Normally I love StickerMule, and have never had a problem. This recent order my labels were all off center and I could not use them. I needed them for my business and by a certain time so I could get Christmas gifts in the mail. They did reprint them and put a rush, but they would still be very late. I got no apology, or even an offer of a coupon. Just a yeah it happens type of response. I’m surprised they weren’t quality checked before being sent.
