Design looks nice, but charms came damaged and scraped

To start, my design was printed in good detail, the product seemed durable enough and the size was exactly what I expected. However, I was a bit disappointed by the state in which the charms arrived. The protective film didn't cover all the surface of the charms, and the bits that were left unprotected were chipped and/or scraped. Some also seemed to have some sort of heat damage. To be clear, the damage is not major, and I'm usually not one to complain, but these were supposed to be gifts, and that left me quite dissapointed. Other items from my orders seem to be fine.
