Good quality items

Ordering and proof process was great, very fast, but then it took a long time to actually make them. Got a your order has shipped email but they weren’t actually picked up until three days later so I got them two days late and missed the event I had made them for. That’s on me, should be ordering more timely but I didn’t appreciate that the items sat for three days before being given to UPS.
