I work in print production, so I'm a little disappointed

Sending in my designs and receiving the proof was a smooth experience. We have these thin lines on the designs and their designer did a good job of increasing the stroke for their production team. But, I'm disappointed that even with this thicker border/stroke, the final cut stickers were off. It makes the circle portion look weird and some of the border doesn't look straight, so to me and my client the label looks unprofessional and rushed. Other than that, if there wasn't a border or circle up top I'm sure the final result wouldn't have been as noticeable. The material is nice and the labels are really easy to peel off and stick onto the jars we are using. The adhesive is also pretty forgiving because I pulled it off after messing up and replaced it and it still stuck on okay. The only other disappointing thing is how easily top/bottom creased due to the curve of the jar we are using. I accounted for the flat space of the jar, but it wasn't enough. I didn't think it would crease this much– maybe different material of vinyl would be a better choice?
