Shirt sizes are Central America format not US

I was very excited to order my custom t-shirt. I was very disappointed when I put on. I ordered a 2XL. The sizing cut I got is equivalent to a LG. It say 2XL on the shirt but I cannot get it over my head. VERY DISSAPOINTED.
