Imperfect made Excellent!

First order review: THE GOOD- great site layout, easy to browse and select your options, simple design upload, responsive communications throughout. THE BAD- error charged us 3x what we agreed, BUT, outstanding customer service resolved within hours. BUT, the fix dropped 1 of 3 labels, BUT again great service ‘kicked’ in and got the missing labels to my door as quick as possible. 4 Star Rating? Not due to the mess up. The losing star is the lack of a gloss sticker option. With a black base on our designs, gloss makes it pop. Hopefully soon that option will be available.
