My initial order did not meet my expectations, and I admit that the problem resulted from me selecting a sticker that was too small for the artwork I provided to be crisp. When I reached out about the proof review process and communicated my disappointment, the Sticker Mule team immediately reached out, and went to work reviewing my order, made a recommendation to increase the size, and promptly sent a new draft. In addition, they sent me a credit for the full value of the first order, which was applied to the reprint. I only paid the difference in price for the increased size of the replacement order. In addition, the refund/reorder process was completely seamless and easy to execute.
