Empty Package

I needed these labels on a tight timeline, and was excited about the fast turnaround. Unfortunately, my shipment was an empty, sealed cardboard envelope... No idea how a package ships out empty. The hot sauce was delivered a day earlier without issue (which makes this even more frustrating). I've submitted a ticket, willing to change this review based on how my experience is with customer service in resolving this issue.
