Great print but wrong color.... :/

I looked for a while for a great company to print my stickers and came across sticker mule. Out of all the sample packets I received theirs seem to have the best product. They also gave me a $10 credit for my first purchase so I figured why not, lets go with them. Everything went smooth, uploading my images/files and getting my proofs, everything looked great. But once my order arrived I noticed the color was wrong, the print looked great but it was more of a dark grey or green color but it should have been black(the art in the file was black). I emailed them right away with my problem and Tim emailed me back explaining it was a printing error and that they would replace my order right away with the correct color. I have to say though my order did come out wrong I am very pleased with the customer service and prompt action. I will continue to purchase my stickers through sticker mule as the product is great!
