I was a bit taken aback when I opened my bubble mailers. I ordered some over a year ago, and they were really padded well & very nice. These that I just received, are NOT padded well, and seem a bit flimsy.

I was amazed at how fast I got responses (in minutes) any time I had a question. And there were only too happy to help. Seems like a great company.
