I can't point the finger at Sticker Mule completely... It's my responsibility to approve the proof and even though I attached a reference image after kicking back a proof I wasn't satisfied with I still went forward and approved the 2nd proof assuming that my attached imaged would be followed in terms of where I wanted the graphic placed.
