I just got back from the holidays only to find an awful job on my mailbox. Actually, I'd like a refund. Please take a look at the cut line on the lower left portion. http://cl.ly/M4D5 It looks retarded and totally not following the original I sent nor the proof above this message. What's the procedure to request a refund?

We are an electrical union comprised of power plant employees. We were looking to spark our members enthusiasm and decided to purchase stickers for their hard hats. The stickers look great and delivery was on time. The only improvement I can think of would be phone support. Email response was quick, but a friendly voice would be welcome when questions arise regarding your order.

I ordered custom kiss cut stickers from sticker mule and had the greatest customer service. Since sticker mule doesn't do transparent stickers I have also been working with another sticker company that is horrible, so I really really appreciated how fast and prompt they answered my questions! There was some variance in the green from sets.

They're clean, beautifully printed and on a terrific material. What else is there to say? Looks great on my aluminum laptop case.
