First order review: THE GOOD- great site layout, easy to browse and select your options, simple design upload, responsive communications throughout. THE BAD- error charged us 3x what we agreed, BUT, outstanding customer service resolved within hours. I made some custom QR codes and I was crossing my fingers that the contrast would be as high as I wanted. They turned out perfect! I got the proof right away and they arrived ahead of schedule.
