When I asked for a change in the design of my sticker sheet, the designer gave me a proof, but I realized the mistake when the product arrived at home. A part of my sticker is erased on one side. I must say that regarding the printing material, it is the best sticker template that I have obtained compared to anywhere else. Still happy with the result.

Estoy decepcionado. Por primera vez recibo mis stickers con el corte mal hecho, está pasado el corte hasta el liner. Se viene el sticker pegado, muy complicado despegarlas, cuando se logra es por que ya están dañadas. La hoja que llegó de control de calidad está igual, se nota que las quisieran despegar sin éxito. Perfect is always

I received a processing error message after submitting the purchase. So I went through with the order again and ended up getting charged twice. They won't refund the second charge on account of their payment processing error. I work with printers daily and have never come across a company like this.
