I ordered some magnets that arrived with a punctuation mistake. I emailed Sticker Mule on a Monday and within ten minutes, they emailed me back and said they'd correct the problem and have the new ones to me by Friday. They arrived early on Wednesday! Excellent service!

It was easy to order, review, and revise my order for custom magnets. My only complaint is that the magnets are a little on the thin side, so they tend to curl at the edges. The magnetic quality isn't strong enough to hold the edges down either.

The magnets look great and I was surprised by how quickly they came in the mail! I had contacted customer service regarding the marketplace and I got a fast and pleasant response as well! All in all, an A+ experience! ^_^
