I like these charms, but 5 out of my order of 50 were not perfect. Some of the lettering was scratched off by the time I opened up the bag. It's not good that they're so fragile, especially if being used as a bag charm or keychain, if they are just going to be rubbed off or scratched off so easily.

You’ve made this artwork into SEVERAL different items for me over the years. Why, on this order, would you arbitrarily change the color of the design??? It’s not bright orange like all the rest of the items you’ve produced for me, it’s frikkin BROWN 🤮 Horrible job.

I read the instructions. It looked like it was going to work. But I probs did it wrong. It didn’t work well and the design didn’t stay on the shirt. It came off and on in pieces. I may not order again unless I learn a better way to apply the design
