There was a misprint in my original order, and because I didn't want to go through the gymnastics of possibly getting another mistake in a reorder, I asked if I could just have a previous order redone instead. The rep that talked to me told me it wasn't something they usually do, but still gave me store credit anyway. I was able to use the credit to reorder what I needed and they came out great.

Perfect Execution by their design team. It worked out exactly how it was supposed to. They responded and worked with me at 2am! got everything cleared up in one revision and they knocked it out of the park. They also, got my package to me 3 days earlier. Incredible.
