I’m sorry but the new unremovable film on the back of these is just terrible it makes it seem like a cheap sticker

I bought 20 of these at a custom size and thought they came out good in that regard, HOWEVER, the sticker mule, "remove protective film card", I was familiar with from my previous pin order was not applicable as all had no protection! This is my second time ordering from this company, first time for the pendants. They arrived apparently safely, but when I opened the box, I saw that the bag they were kept in had some residue of the acrylic?
