For low quantity T-shirt orders, I think I have found the best source. It helps that they are a local company (New York State) and the design tool is super easy to use.

Had to have a reprint done and it came out great.

Extremely pleased with the swift shipment of the shirts – A+++. The screen print boasts excellent quality, with a size that I love, and the shirt's quality surpassed my expectations.

I just wanna say the order of 41 shirts with various designs turned out perfect! Every print on every shirt was high quality and they even took the black out of my design bc it was a black shirt. The quality of the shirt material is very poor. Extremely thin and collects lint. I thought for the price it might be at least Gildan but this is super chintzy. Plus there’s a big doofy Sticker Mule advertisement printed on the inside. The print looks like an iron on that will peel after a few washes. Quality is bad and

The graphics on the t-shirts were smaller than advertised. I brought it to their attention and they offered to provide a replacement with the advertised dimensions.
