The creation process for this was so easy. It only took a few minutes to upload my image, pick options and get it sent. Somehow in my rush to get it out, the shipping address was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until it shipped and I looked back at the invoice. The team was so responsive in trying to help me figure it out. Great quality !!!! At first, felt like we were fine with the larger items. So why not try out the smaller Stickers while there was a temporary deal going on, right. Turns out they were very good quality and very legible with all details; zero color-bleeding.

The image didn't come as I requested. I tried to ask these questions as I ordered my proofs, but was not answered so I assumed was all set. I didn't want it on a background, just letters, if that couldn't be done I should have been offered an alternate shape/design. Please help correct this issue. I ONLY want my letters for my decal, no background.
