I was not pleased with my order. When the package was opened, the pins had scratches all over them. They were not of best quality. The plastic is too thick and just looks like a sticker under a hunk of plastic.

The acrylic part is great....But the construction of the pin not so much. A few of my pins arrived not attached to the acrylic piece which lets me know they won’t last long and if you are selling them purchasers won’t be pleased. Pin needs a different way to adhere metal pin part

After first day an acrylic part disconnected from the pin and got lost. I happened to my son’s pin and two other students told me the same story. I love the design and how they look. But the quality of the adhesive needs to be improved.

I was a little disappointed with print quality of these pins. The brightness of the logo was not sufficient and appears dull (this is after removing the protective film cover). This is the first item that we have ordered from you that we have not felt met your standards or ours!

Upon my order I was very excited. The video and pictures show that the image can be cut out in that shape and that’s what I initially wanted but I got a rectangle shape. I wasn’t too bothered by that but I’d love to see this product where the image isn’t able to be touched because it can be scratched off and the pin be more secure. I purchased these as a surprise for my boyfriend who designed his own character. I was worried that some detail may be lost due to the size, but every sketch came out perfect. I was honestly surprised they were able to even get the swords without needing to use a background. The plastic protective sticker over the top is a little difficult to remove, but other than that I have no complaints!

Love this pin. Great for putting on bags, backpacks etc...
