Second printing of the labels had cleaner-cut edges (first time was a little bit jagged). Very happy with the service provided by the team and the product value as well.

I initially was unhappy with the labels I ordered, but Sticker Mule made it right and their customer service team was very professional, they responded quickly, and they went above and beyond to make up for my disappointment in the first batch of labels. Ordered label sheet; print and paper quality is good though the cuts could be a bit cleaner. Label rolls seem to have a cleaner cut, though the sample I had received was a bit off- centered. I made a comment for the full order and these turned out better.

I recently ordered a stickers to put on a booklet page which a specific area needs to be corrected. I am not sure I had the option to specify the thickness of the paper used.
