Very poor quality

These cake well packed but on opening they ate awful quality. The acrylic is cracked, chipped and scratched on every single one of the ten pin sample order. This didn’t happen in transit as the bag they were sealed in had no debris and they couldn’t have moved about as much. I’m in the U.K. and package came from Netherlands. I tweeted Sticker Mule videos and images with zero reply which is odd as most brands should recognise social channels as customer feedback tools. The print behind the pin wasn’t good either and I would not want our brand on such poor items. I am very wary about the metal pin badges and the coasters on the way as I have a bad feeling about their quality too. Very very bad first impression guys. Not happy.
