Great - But Flawed

The labels were printed perfectly, as usual. The colors and text were spot on and the resolution was great. Additionally, the labels from stickermule continue to prove themselves to be the most durable, even when the jar to which they are adhered is submerged in water. I had rush lavels made from a competitor and the competitions labels, unfortunately, fell off after just a few months. StickerMule's labels have endured much hardship and have stayed on and true to color forever. BUT - this batch was flawed. The DIE CUTTER went too deep into the backing material and EVERY label pulled up parts of the backing paper, or tore the backing paper. It usually takes me about 30 minutes to put on 100 labels, front and back. But with all of the overcuts it took me almost three hours to sort through the issues. (Sad Face.) But to be fair - I did not complain to stickermule and I have no doubt if I sent them back they would have rerun the labels, but I was on a time crunch (who isn't) and the three hours putting on the defective rolls was still faster than three or four days to get new labels.
