Beware of this company

This company is highly unprofessional and a complete rip off. They sent me stickers that smelled like cigarette smoke also the stickers you can't read the wording because it's so small. Then they sent me an email with an emoji that we don't offer refunds what kind of company is this? I will be getting my bank involved on this.
