Glitter just around border?

I thought that these stickers would be similar to the laser cut and have the shiny stuff everywhere the white was. Is it because an image OF my original image was used? I’m pretty sure my original image was a transparent PNG, which would’ve meant that everywhere here was white in this image should have been glittery. however, I could be wrong. If this is the case, I probably wouldn’t order glitter stickers again. Saying all that I still love your company, and will order from you just probably not the glitter stickers.
