A good concept but not a great follow through

I was really excited to get buttons for my band but when they arrived, I found that all of the backs were put on randomly with no attention to the direction of the design. (Usually when buttons are manufactured they come with the pin horizontal on the top of the button so that the design is right side up, but the backs to these were just haphazardly put on so they were every which way imaginable, some with the design upside down, some with it sideways...) I also felt that the art came out kind of dim and dulled, but could live with that if the back were put on right. I am hesitant to sell to my fans, as it looks unprofessional and is annoying to put them on when they are sideways or upside down. Would order again if they fixed this problem.
