Sticker meal asked me to review the order I never received

Every time I’ve ordered from sticker mole it’s been a hassle because they won’t ship to my PO Box where I get mail and they won’t ship to my house where I don’t get mail because UPS can’t figure out where it is despite delivering from other companies to my house. I have to have my stickers delivered to another city to a relative’s address that they approve. Weirdly, it doesn't say on the site about how it is shipped, no choices is given between post office or UPS, they just say ‘shipping address’ and they don’t accept my PO Box and I put in my home address it is accepted but then I get a notice saying the product was returned because it couldn’t be delivered to the address I gave, go figure. My interchange with the helpdesk explain how they use a combination of post office and UPS to deliver the product and despite the shipment going to the post office they can’t deliver it to my PO Box and then it goes out for delivery with the mailman and it can’t be delivered it to my house because I have a PO Box at the POST OFFICE.
