Appreciated Reprint

There was a misprint in my original order, and because I didn't want to go through the gymnastics of possibly getting another mistake in a reorder, I asked if I could just have a previous order redone instead. The rep that talked to me told me it wasn't something they usually do, but still gave me store credit anyway. I was able to use the credit to reorder what I needed and they came out great.
