Pro Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE PRO PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN STICKER MULE’S PRO PROGRAM. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THESE PRO TERMS.

Overview

These Sticker Mule Pro Program Terms of Service (these “Pro Terms”) supplement and are incorporated into both the Sticker Mule General Terms of Service (the “General Terms”) and the Stores Program Terms of Use (the “Stores Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Pro Terms have the meanings given to them in the General Terms and the Stores Terms.

In these Pro Terms, “Sticker Mule,” “we,” “us,” and “our” have the same meanings as in the General Terms, and “you,” “your,” and “Pro Member” refer to any User who purchases, enrolls, and participates in the Sticker Mule Pro Program, a paid membership program that unlocks access to a curated set of exclusive features and tools (the “Pro Program”).

The Pro Program is part of the Services as described in the General Terms.

Binding Agreement

By participating in the Pro Program, You are bound by these Pro Terms and indicate your agreement to them. The Pro Program is administered by Sticker Mule. All of Sticker Mule’s decisions with respect to the Pro Program are final and binding.

Our Pro Terms May Change

We may update these Pro Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Website or otherwise notify you of the change. Please read any changes carefully. If you do not agree to the updated Pro Terms, you must stop participating in the Pro Program. If you continue to participate in the Pro Program after we notify you of changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Pro Terms, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit unilateral updates or changes to terms, so this paragraph may not apply to you.

Additional Terms

These Pro Terms are subject to additional terms and conditions, including, without limitation, Sticker Mule’s General Terms of Service, IP Rights Policy, Stores Terms, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Additional Terms”). The applicable Additional Terms are incorporated into these Pro Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Pro Terms and the applicable Additional Terms, the Pro Terms will govern your participation and use of the Pro Program. The applicable Additional Terms will otherwise continue to apply to your use of the Services or that specific product, service, program, or portion of the Services.

One set of Additional Terms is our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

To be eligible to participate in the Pro Program, you must:

  • Create a user account on our Website (a “User Account”).
  • Be a legal resident of a participating country.
  • Be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Operate a Store on the Website.
  • Pay the Pro Program fee, discussed below.

License

Sticker Mule grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Pro Program in connection with the Services and to display the PRO badge on your Store, subject to these Pro Terms.

Benefits

As a Pro Member, you’ll unlock access to a curated set of features, tools, and early-access experiences available only to Pro Members, designed to help you showcase your brand, test new products before anyone else, and get more out of the Services. Pro Members may display a “PRO” badge on their Store and enjoy early access to beta testing of new products before they are released more broadly.

Sticker Mule may add, remove, suspend, or modify any Pro Program features or benefits at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, in its sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment. Sticker Mule Pro costs $9/month (or local equivalent), billed via Lemon Squeezy.

Payment Obligations. When you make a payment, you agree to pay the price listed for the Pro Program, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, credit card fees, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, and currency fluctuations.

Third-Party Payment Provider. You agree to comply with all applicable terms of service, privacy policies, or other legal agreements or restrictions (including additional age restrictions) imposed by Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy’s specific payment terms, including how subscription renewals are handled and other important terms.

Processing of Personal Information. Any private personal data that you provide in connection with your use of the Pro Program including, without limitation, any data provided in connection with payment, will be processed in accordance with the Sticker Mule’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing of Payment Information. Sticker Mule may share your payment information with payment services providers to process payments; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit cards, debit cards, or ACH.

Accuracy of Payment Information. It is your responsibility to make sure your banking, credit card, debit card, and/or other payment information is up to date, complete and accurate at all times. If you make a payment for the Pro Program, we may receive information about your transaction such as when it was made, when a subscription is set to expire or auto-renew, what platform you made the purchase on, and other information. Sticker Mule will not be responsible or liable for any errors made or delays by a payment processor, your bank, your credit card company, and/or any payment network.

All Transactions Final. All payments for the Pro Program are final and not refundable or exchangeable, except as required by applicable law. We make no guarantee as to the nature, quality, or value of the Pro Program or the availability or supply thereof. Refunds or credits are not provided for any unused or partially used services offered under the Pro Program (for example, a partially used subscription period).

Pro Program Membership is Non-Transferrable. Each purchase of a Pro Program membership applies to a single User Account. If you have or control multiple accounts and you want access to Paid Services on each account, you must purchase a Pro Program membership for each User Account individually.

Your Representations & Responsibilities

By engaging with the Subscriber List Administration Services, you agree that:

  • Your representations to us under these Pro Terms are in addition to those you make under any Additional Terms.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licensing and registration requirements, or other requirements of any governmental authority.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account. Access to the Pro Program features will end at the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate your Pro Program membership at any time for violation of these Pro Terms or if we discontinue the Pro Program.
