When ordering off the site you must both approve the proof AND click start production. This was not apparent to me and my order was delayed as I did not know I needed to also click Start Production. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive and were able to rush my order so it arrived in time for my event.

Buttons are fine. Art printed adequately but pins are not attached so design is always face up.

We just had custom pins made for our business and we love them . It was fast and easy to make . Turnaround time was fast. We ordered more merchandise because we were so satisfied. Thank you

We decided that we needed some buttons for an event with a week turnaround time. Sticker Mule not only delivered a great product, but EARLIER than they projected! Love it!!!
