I was really satisfied with the quality and speed of production. I even got help from their customer service team because there was a glitch with setting the size of the pin. The only reason I'm giving a 4 out of 5 is that one pin print got scratched in transit since they were just tossed in a bag together and some of the pins (the metal pin itself) on the back are angled crooked, not sure wha... I am always impressed with my sticker orders and was excited to see the pins being offered. However they constantly fall off and even the pin backing glue is very poor - the backing migrates around the back of the pin or falls off all together.

I been using SM for 2 years now and can say their the best in the game for quality and price. Ill always use them above any other company. Ive tried other and they just dont cut the mustard!!!

Hard to remove the plastic protective wrap. Like seemingly impossible so the pins end up looking a bit battle weary with the protective sheet always on..

Bang on. Sharp and precisely printed and cut, with a neat little border and excellent colour accuracy - it's the precision that makes the difference. Will definitely use again.

Love the pins, the backings are great...although because of the cutting the edging is a little sharp..anyway they can be smoother? and the covering is a great idea..but a bitch to get off lol..
