Quite disappointed with this round of labels. There are a number of labels that are clearly not centred, and when using the label dispenser, more than 80% of them will not come off the roll. I've had this issue with your labels recently and this is not giving me much confidence that Sticker Mule can handle the quality assurance I am looking for. We tried relaying the proper information for the color we wanted and it just didn't work out. Our box printer matched the colors using the supplied AI file, but sticker mule for some reason wasn't able to match the color even though we have them the same exact CMYK color. disappointed as we now have boxes and stickers that don't match really at all. The quality of the printing has slowly gone down hill over the years. Our last order was covered in tiny plastic particulates and dust. When we reached out and asked for a re print we were told this is normal. We make food products and the idea of cleaning our labels outside of a kitchen before use seems preposterous to us.
