The ability to check on the proofs saved me on this one! I didn't realize the original format I submitted made the small words look "choppy". With the ability to check and confirm the proofs before the production, it allowed me to notice my mistake and re-submit in a better file format.

When these first came in a batch with other stickers, some of them printed weird. I sent an email, and within 5 minutes I had a response saying they would re-print and re-ship and asked if the same address was good for the re-order. The second batch is all good. I was very impressed with the quick responses. REALLY pleased with my customer service experience.

I like the stickers just fine. When I ordered them, that day I was asked for confirm the proof and I did. Over a week later they were approved and then printed. They arrived over a week after the date that I needed them.

This is my second order with sticker mule and I am disppointed with the results. the stickers are too small and they were not aligned as I needed them.

The stickers were made to order with slight adjustments to the dimensions in pre-production that made them turn out even better. Also very excited to try the "Mule Sauce" and love the giveaway stickers!
