Da der Hintergrund meiner Bögen recht komplex war, wurde direkt Hilfe vom Team bereitgestellt. Die Bögen sind schnell angekommen und sehen sehr schön aus.

Pedí expresamente en los comentarios del pedido que fueran con FONDO TRANSPARENTE y me han llegado con fondo negro. NO ME SIRVEN PARA NADA. (si en la prueba aparece el fondo negro, pero no se sabe si es por motivo tecnico o porque va a salir impreso, yo no coloque ese fondo. Uno espera que hagan caso a los comentarios)

suite a un soucis de colorimetrie, le service client m'a réexpédié ma commande en reprenant les couleurs, et ont même amélioré l'initial pour une meilleure satisfaction. Efficace, rapide, un SAV vraiment super. Merci beaucoup !
