What size are the installation holes in acrylic signs?

The installation holes in both our standard acrylic signs and die cut acrylic signs are 0.315” in diameter. There are some important things to note about the installation hole placement.

Standard acrylic signs will have four installation holes, one in each corner. Each hole will be .437" from the edge of your sign and include a 1.19" safe area. This safe area prevents important aspects of your artwork from being cut off by the hole. If the placement of the drill hole interferes with important aspects of your artwork, we may modify your artwork slightly to accommodate the installation hole.

Die cut acrylic signs will have two to four installation holes depending on the shape of your artwork. Each hole will be .437" from the edge of your sign, unless you specify a specific placement, and include a 1.19" safe area. If the placement of the drill hole interferes with important aspects of your artwork, we may modify your artwork slightly or move the location of the installation hole.
